I'm Harshini 🙂

I’m a product designer with a research background based in San Jose, CA. I have a master's in HCI from Carnegie Mellon and a B.S. in Cognitive Science from UC San Diego.

In my free time, I love playing team sports like volleyball, baking, cooking, and reading. I'm also an ENFJ and love to be outdoors!

Design Philosphy

As a designer, my objectives are to:

  • design for social impact and community good
  • being intentional with design decisions through leveraging data and research
  • fit the process to the problem, avoid rigidity and experiment with new research and design methods
  • bring clarity and simplicity to user experiences

My experience

My background in cognitive science, human factors, and UX design grants me a deep understanding of how design can help us adapt technology to how we think and process information.
